Hayabusa Combat Youth Mouth Guard Fitting Instructions
- Boil water
- Pour hot water into a mug
- Submerge Mouth guard for 30-90 seconds
- Remove with a utensil and let cool until comfortable undefined
- Adjust to the right position in front of a mirror
- Bite down firmly. Apply even pressure with fingers and tongue
- Hold for 30 seconds to ensure it conforms to your teeth
- Carefully remove mouth guard
- Hold under cold running water to cool completely
- Test fit to make sure it fits properly
Repeat steps 1-10 if your mouth guard doesn’t fit properly.
