I searched high and low for a sports bra for Taekwondo that when I wear my dobak, the v neck of the jacket doesn’t show cleavage. Finally I googled martial arts sports bra, and voila! I like the extra padding to protect for kicks to my chest guard. I followed the sizing chart and got a medium, but it is a little hard to get on and off. Though I think a large would’ve been too big. Even still I love it!

OK, so this might be technically a sports bra, but it doubles as a crop top, and I am here for it. The fit is super flattering, with just the right amount of sexy thanks to the mesh detail in the middle (seriously, check out the pictures—you’ll get it). I throw on a hoodie for school drop-off, and then boom—off it goes for training, gym, yoga, you name it. This bra handles every move flawlessly. It’s my go-to for anything from lifting to flexibility work. Plus, I love it so much I got it in two colors—total game changer! Pro Tip: I have a size large which fits more like a crop top. My size medium is more like a sports bra but still with a flattering longer line.

I loved my green sports bra so much that I bought it in black. The bra looks fantastic on, it's very supportive, and it stays in place. I think the mesh detail is so cute. I train karate, strength, and kickboxing in these sports bras. But I love how they look so much that I often wear them with a cardigan and jeans :)
