Ground Fighting Series: Modified Twister for MMA, No-Gi, Jiu Jitsu, and Grappling

Ground Fighting Series

Neil Melanson opens the video by dropping great wisdom about maintaining and attacking from the back. He uses the double underhooks from the back, setting up the Figure Four body lock to coax your opponent into a modified twister position. Although the submission would work great for straight grappling, it works even better in an MMA scenario, where you can use strikes to advance the position.
