Excellent investment for small space room/apartment space to practice boxing and thai boxing techniques and I prefer to use sand for the base which doesn't move. Solid quality and Hayabusa delivers excellent quality bags.

This bag has exceeded my expectations from the ease of putting it together, to filling it with water and how easy it was to roll it to my room, to the ability to weigh it down given it has 4 D rings under it, and the quality of the material and feel punching it . Also tall enough for me as I am 6’1” tall. Love it so far!

This is a great bag. For the size and weight it does not move around much. If you really start ripping into it, yes, you can make it move. The rubber stopper on the bottom helps this, if you have it placed on a gym or other rubber like flooring.
My only comlaint, after every 15-20 minute session, I am having to tighten all the bolts. I dont know if anyone has this issue and has tried loctite?
I would give it 5 stars if I did not have the bolt issue. Overall a great bag at a good price point.
