The contrast in quality and function of these wraps versus low cost wraps made with stretchy material will likely be important to intermediate and advanced boxers. First, they are wider with less stretch. Just requires a bit of effort to get tight enough, but they stay in place if the wearer pulls hard during the "wrap". The result, they lay flat. Maybe not the choice for beginners who may prefer to just 'glove up' and start hitting the bag. The 'Haya' Deluxe can be pulled tight without undue effort or much expertise, just takes a bit of practice. They added effort to get a really tight fit is very much worth the end result. A comfortable wrap (smoother, less scratchy material) that can be pulled as tight as preferred, but offers better hand/wrist support than lighter weight wraps. And only slightly more costly than more standard stretch wraps. Boxers with smaller to standard size hands will notice these wraps fill up their gloves better and reduce hands slipping and sliding inside. Very well made, and the Velcro wrist closure by itself (wider and longer, it stays in place) justifies the added cost.

The thing that sold me is that they don't tangle. Sounds minor until you've spent five minutes untwisting a wrap before a session. These roll and unroll clean every time. The 180" length gives plenty for a proper wrap with good wrist support, the thumb loop sits right, and the rubberized wrist tab actually holds instead of peeling. The nylon dries faster than cotton wraps too, which matters if you sweat heavily. Bought two colours and I'll buy more.
