    Honestly, the Apex Nova Short Sleeve Rash Guard has been holding up really well during training. I’ve put it through some pretty intense sessions, and the quality and durability of the material have really impressed me. It fits securely without feeling restrictive, which gives me a lot of freedom with my movement.

    The shirt feels especially good during explosive movements, grappling, wrestling, and ground work. It moves with me instead of feeling like I’m fighting against the gear, while the short sleeves provide comfortable coverage without getting in the way. I also feel like it helps me stay comfortable and focused throughout longer training sessions because I’m not constantly adjusting it.

    Overall, I feel complete in this gear. The material feels premium, durable, and built for serious training. After putting it through my everyday training routine, I’m genuinely impressed with how well the Apex Nova Short Sleeve Rash Guard has held up so far.

    Great fit and good design

    I wear a size medium but for rashguards I usually have to wear a size or 2 higher so I’m comfortable, but these rashguards are true to size and fit perfectly. I get these in medium and feel comfortable
