By using our self-service return center, you can create a shipping label and set up your exchange quickly and easily.

Exchanges and returns are simple, exchanges are free, and returns have a flat rate of only $7.00 when you use the shipping generated by the self-serve returns center.

In addition, every product purchased comes with the “Hayabusa Warranty.” This guarantees your product is free from a manufacturer defect or it will be repaired or replaced within 45 days from the date of purchase. Any related shipping cost will be our responsibility as well.
