Any orders placed during weekdays after 2pm PST, on holidays or weekends will ship the following business day. We do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Next day service not available to PO Boxes.
All orders sent via standard shipping are free to the Continental United States. All other shipping charges are calculated based on your choice of service and are displayed at checkout. Priority and express shipping options are not available for PO Boxes.
Shipping charges, along with any duties and taxes, for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will have the option of prepaying duties and taxes and if you choose that option, we will take care of all the paperwork then deliver your order straight to your door.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
