Shipping policy

Any orders placed during weekdays after 12pm CET, on holidays or weekends will ship the following business day. We do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Next day service not available to PO Boxes.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates within the EU

All orders sent via standard shipping are free throughout Europe. All other shipping charges are calculated based on your choice of service and are displayed at checkout. Priority and express shipping options are not available for PO Boxes.

Split Shipping within the EU

Some items ordered may ship from our US (Las Vegas) warehouse. These will ship separately with duties and taxes prepaid on your behalf.

International Shipping (Outside of the EU)

Shipping charges, along with any duties and taxes, for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will prepay duties, and we will take care of all the paperwork to deliver your order straight to your door.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@hayabusafight.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
